1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voyagera app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3.What Voyagera is — and isn't
Voyagera is a planning and information tool. We help you organize trips, generate suggested itineraries, and surface travel-related information. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, booking service, or provider of transport, accommodation, events, or any travel service. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, quality, safety, or the outcome of any trip.
4.Trip information — verify before you rely on it
Itineraries, travel times and ETAs, opening hours, prices, weather, events, maps, and place details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it — including entry requirements, visas, health and safety conditions, local laws, transport, and reservations. You use the Service and travel at your own risk.
5.AI-generated content
Some content is generated automatically using artificial intelligence. Such content may contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that are unsuitable, impractical, or unsafe for your circumstances. It is not professional advice. Always apply your own judgment and verify independently. Voyagera is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.
6.Third-party services and bookings
The Service may link to or integrate with third parties (for example, maps, weather, ticketing and events, and reference content), and any booking or purchase you make is a transaction directly between you and that third party. Their terms and prices apply. Voyagera does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party services, content, or transactions, and is not a party to them.
7.Your content
You keep ownership of the trip content you create. You are responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to use and share it. When you publish a trip, you grant Voyagera a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that published content within the Service for the purpose of operating the feature. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates anyone's rights.
8.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
9.Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your content and third-party content), is owned by Voyagera and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial travel planning, subject to these Terms.
10.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or AI output will be accurate or reliable.
11.Assumption of travel risk
Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, documents, insurance, and conduct while traveling. Voyagera is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, expense, or harm arising from your travel or from your use of any plan, route, place, or suggestion provided through the Service.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyagera and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel-related loss or expense, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we were advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyagera and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your travel, or your breach of these Terms.
14.Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4–13 and 15) will survive.
15.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
